Pork Tenderloin w/mushrooms, dates and garlic
clean the tenderloin and cut it into 8 even pieces. Fry it on a frying pan in 1 tbsp. butter. Cut mushrooms in slices, dates in little pieces and garlic the way you want it. Fry in 1 tbsp. butter. Stir in with the pork tenderloin and poor 1 cup heavy cream over it and let boil for 10-15 min.
