Rotel Dip Recipes

This dip do look like vomit hahaha but it taste fantastic, i first tasted it at a church meeting and it was fabulous but i didnt know what it was called, all i knew was it was a dip with pork sausage in it and it was white, luckily for me it was enough information for google, hope you like!

Ground beef, velveeta cheese, and Rotel tomatoes.

Quick cheese dip

this is a great dip and I used lower fat varieties of the ingredients to make it healthier. It was great like this and people at our football party loved it. I usually prepare mine in the crockpot.

rotel tomatoes, 1/5 of block of lf velveeta, 4 oz light cream cheese

A great snack for football games or a gathering of your best friends. Kids love it and it feeds a team of kids with just one bowl.

My kids hate tomatoes, but they LOVE this cracker/chip dip. I haven't tried this yet with fat free cream cheese, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

This rotel tastes nothing like the traditional extra cheesy rotel but your waistline will thank you :)

A quick snack

I take the traditional "Rotel Cheese Dip" and add in ground beef and/or ground venison for a party dip my husband loves. You can use all ground beef if you don't have vension on hand.

Serving size is 1/4 cup

I whipped this up to go with some quesadillas one night, and it was delicious! I am sure it would be equally yummy on chips or spread inside a tortilla. AND, it only took a few minutes to put together!

Can substitute with Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles, lean ground bef, and/or red pepers for spiciness too
