This is supremely spicy and flavorful. It is a great casual dish, but is pretty and tasty enough for any occassion. This is not made with traditional chickpea roti (the wrap), but more readily available tortilla wraps. You can substitute firm fish pieces for the shrimp. Simply delicious!
