Cook Time: 30 min
Prepare raw veggies: dice and/or cube veggies

Can be made and then frozen.
Can be pureed or left whole for soft food stage.

Simple one pan casserole that cooks on stove top.

Definitely use the lite sausage when you make this!! I learned my lesson!! Very tasty, but very high in fat when using regular smoked sausage.

Lovely winter casserole - add herbs of your choice - I like tarragon in mine. The sauce can also be thickened with veggie gravy granules but you will need to add the cals in.

You can lower the calorie content by using chicken sausage instead of the regular beef smoked sausage. Could also use low fat milk.

Some cauliflower cuts down on the amount of potatoes that would be in the original recipe, therefore cutting calories!
