The flower buds have been used for centuries in bathing products, so most people don't know how wonderful it can be in the kitchen. Not only is it good for you (supplying 8% of the RDA of Vitamin A), but it makes the not just the kitchen, but the entire house smell wonderful when cooking, so you get the aromatherapy properties as well.
