Turkey (or Chicken) Divan (using leftover meat)

You can use leftover cooked turkey or chicken. I used whole milk and soup, but you can use skim or low fat for lower calories and fat. You can add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. I don't like cheese.Submitted by: CATNIPS

Mock French Toast - South Beach Friendly (Phase One)

This has the taast of french toast. Goal is to yield 8 crepes, but that seems pretty tricky and time consuming to accomplish without correct tools (skills?).

I aim for 2-4 pancakes. Pretty tasty and filling. Still need your veggies though.Submitted by: THESPY75

Stuffed Bell Peppers

My husband loves them, and much better alternative to stuffed cabbage, that he just should NOT be allowed to eat!!

Can also pre-bake peppers at 450 for 15 minutes before filling, then cook again for about 10 minutes after stuffed and they are ready to eat. I've found after a few tries, that wrapping them in foil makes for softer peppers, and closer to my level of cooking skill. It might be me or I'd like to blame my oven - but otherwise I kept burning my peppers! Submitted by: SMITSAR
