Slow cooker Hungarian beef Goulash
Simple Hungarian goulash (beef) for the slow-cooker. Recipe for 4 people (fairly generous portion size), for smaller c.2.5L capacity slow cooker. Could easily be doubled for a larger 4.5L capacity pot.
You need to start this in a pain - about 10 minutes of frying-time - then transfer it to the slow-cooker and leave for several hours. Ideal if you want to prepare either in the morning or lunchtime, and eat it for dinner.
Slow-cooking time recommended 5-7 on medium heat, 7-9 hours on low heat, or if you're in more of a hurry approx. 3 hours on the highest heat.Submitted by: GAMEDAMSEL
