One nigiht when I didn't have time to make homemade tortillas, I used the dough to make the crust of this dish instead. Topped with taco fixings, it was an instant hit!

Omitted seasoning as my homemade enchilada sauce is well seasoned.

This receipe was revised from one I found at kraftfoods.com. They used ground skinless chicken breast but I prefer turkey. I also prefer the Tostitos Gold Tortilla Chips - they don't get as soggy and add a crunch.
