This is not your traditional meatloaf. This is an italian spiced, juicy, lowfat, lowcarb meat loaf that's not only delicious, but pretty when cut. The spinach ripples through the lighter colored turkey.

Shorten prep time by using jarred minced garlic and preshredded carrots. Pair meatloaf with your favorite refrigerated or frozen mashed potatoes prepared with reduced-fat milk.

This was always my favorite dinner growing up. Its delicious served with some baked butternut squash!

Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 50 grams (remove)
Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)

A great way to use up some of that ground turkey you have lying around in the freezer
