I stopped buying tortillas after finding them so easy to make. All purpose flour can be subbed for some or all of the whole wheat. The addition of some white flour will soften the resulting tortillas some which maybe make them more inviting to children or people not so used to heavier whole grains. Any preferred oil can be used here as well, olive oil or melted coconut would be great although their flavor profiles are stronger.

Moist, yummy banana muffins with whole wheat flour. You can taste the whole wheat flavor, so if you don't like it, just use all white flour, or substitute only 1/2 cup whole wheat & 1 cup white flour. If you like a really sweet muffin, add more sugar. We are trying to use less white flour in our house & more whole wheat. My husband was skeptical, but loved the muffins!
