This recipe makes 30 Cookies. (I used a miniature ice cream scoop; available at Bed Bath and Beyond). I removed the white sugar and replaced it with a combination of applesauce and Grade A Maple Syrup. Instead of Canola Oil, I used Coconut Oil.
Makes 8 - 1/2 cup Servings.
Scaled down on the fats so you can have a larger serving. Each serving is 1/2 cup.
