Paleo Mushroom and Spinach Breakfast Quiche
I have mentioned before that Sunday is usually food prep day in my house. One thing that gets made without fail is this quick breakfast food! I based this off a small recipe I found, added my own stuff and tripled it to make sure it lasted a week.
This was hands down the best bread I have ever made and itís completely wheat free! I started making bread every week on Sundays based on a muffin recipe I came across. Itís been tweaked every week until I hit perfection today! It is moist, fluffy, and sweet. An incredible snack to have on hand for the week and nibble enough to keep your paleo rules intact.
I would call this Paleo Chocolate Pudding buuuut, technically Shakeology does have whey protein in it. I still choose to drink it along side my paleo lifestyle, especially since the other 70+ amazing super food ingredients are considered raw, as they are never heated above 115į during drying. Rules are rules though, so I canít call it that
