Wholewheat Pasta with veggies

I chose Healthy Harvest rotini with Flax, added my favorite veggies and cooked some salmon to mix in - made a very tasty lunch. I also used full sour cream as I like the flavor better than fat free which would greatly reduce the fat content of the recipe.
Add your own choice of chicken, salmon or finely sliced beef to the meal or eat as it is-any way it makes a great side dish or a meal.

Just kinda threw things together and it turned out so incredibly delicious I had to share it

Aroy Beef Stir Fry

Simple stir fry using beef strips, red curry sauce and coconut cream which gives you 2 servings of veggies, and richness of coconut cream. You can add potato, fresh veggies of any kind. I usually use frozen because they are more cost efficient for me.
The Aroy-D curry sauce already contains coconut cream but we love a little extra so we add 1/2 cup of Savoy's, adds quite a bit to the fat content so you make the choice.

Patagonia Chicken & Rice

PC Memories of Patagonia is a wonderful spicy herb and garlic sauce with cumin. Its a very tasty sauce, love it with chicken and pork, also lamb.

There are so many split pea soup recipes out there but not many with fresh ingredients, garlic, cloves, bay leaves and parsley. So I thought I'd put this one in since its the one I use all the time.

Mom's sunday Chicken with Cheese sauce

We use to enjoy this for Sunday supper growing up, of course back then we had chicken breast with the skin which made it lovely and crunchy. Sometimes I still make it that way every now and then, just because I can :)

This recipe is for one, but I'm sure they'll love you to share it with them so better make one for them too.
