Quick tuna melt
This is my first iteration of POLISH CABBAGE AND NOODLES. The next iteration will have fresh, sweet onion and frozen black-eyed peas in it.
Very easy and this can be made into Runzas. You can also easily add in tomatos or other veggies to round this out a bit.
You can do this in a loaf or in muffin tins. The recipe is off the back of the Quaker Cornmeal box

This is an excellent casserole for lazy nights and it freezes very well.
My slightly skinnier version of this German dumpling classic.
A great, easy fruit salad that can help you get in at least one serving of fruits and it won't break the calorie bank.
One of my most recent favorites in the freezer section is Healthy Choices Pumpkin Squash Ravioli. Since pre-prepared food tends to be a bit expensive and I wanted something I could make for the whole family, here is my version of their very delish dish :)
Ok, so it's not 10 cans, it's 9 cans and a canfull and a half of meat :P It's still yummy

This bread machine recipe is easy
I based this off the Spark Recipe Garlic Spiked Broccoli and Mushrooms with Rosemary. I added the wild rice, chicken and wine. This was DELICIOUS!
This isn't a recipe, rather I wanted to calculate the numbers using mostly egg whites instead of 6 whole eggs.
I used to make this with cream sauce, but here's a lighter version.

This a lower fat version of a great condiment to serve with lamb, pork or chicken
I remember watching the Frug make these on TV about 20 years ago and I have long since lost his exact recipe. This is my version of it and they are YUM-OH! The recipe makes 6-8 servings or more depending on how hungry you are. I haven't made it in forever, but I believe you will get at least 12 - 16 wrapped lamb packages out the recipe
a simple meatball for any kind of sauce
Graham Kerr came up with this one years ago and I learned how to do it from watching his low fat/low cal cooking show. It is really great and you can mix it with preserves for a yummy spread.
