I entered this to check the nutritional info but really liked the recipe so decided to share it.

My sister has allergies to milk soy and eggs so I made this the first time with vanilla flavored rice milk....it turned out really nice. I calculated here with skim milk because that is what our family usually has.
Lactose, egg and soy free.....
..not low calorie unfortunately...
