Delicious low carb, gluten free treat. Can use Splenda or another sweetener or sugar if you are just cooking for someone who can't eat gluten and don't want the sweetner taste.

A decadent comfort food without the guilt! Serve with spaghetti squash, Dreamfields Low Carb Pasta to keep the carb count low. I have added spinach and mushroom to up the veggie count but traditionally it's just egg, garlic, bacon and cheese so adapt at will (I like the creaminess of adding the Carnation, full fat recipes use cream)
Delicious with a cup of tea. You can reduce the calories (and carbs by using Splenda or another sugar substitute but increase to 3/4 cup)
