…these bran muffins are a long time favourite recipe but.... Converted to be lower in fat and sugar and still high fiber, moist and delicious . Knocked 100 calories off per muffin! :O)
These are a delicious guilt free treat. Make it a part of breakfast or a cool pick me up on a summer day. Easy to add in a little fiber or protein powder too. Also using O % Greek yogurt will increase the protein.
