You can eat these through out the week OR make a couple dozen and freeze them! Just take out the ones you want from the freezer and microwave it for about a minute.
MRS. DASH SPICE: You can use any kind of flavor. I just added the original one on here. I LOVE the garlic one and the SPICY one.
