Freeze dried foods can last for 10+ more years on the shelf. I normally follow sales to pick up the other freeze dried ingredients from North Bay Trading Co., Honeyville Grain or Emergency Essentials. I have found their products to be high quality, and they offer a selection of organic foods.
Of course, you can also make this with fresh ingredients, or a mix of the two (i.e., use home cooked beef stock instead of stock power)
This last batch I use Beef Broth instead of water to heat it up with. It was great.

Refreshing, simple summer treat. You can use all canned peaches, but I add a couple of fresh peaches in the summer when they are in season. Variations - Use sugar free vanilla pudding instead of yogart and use peach juice for some of the liquid in the pudding. Substitute 1/4 cup of Brandy for peach juice a delightful twist.
