Turkey chili with beans makes a great, easy way to make nachos. Use your choice of chips or Tostitos and adjust nutrition info accordingly. Weight Watchers Multigrain Crisps make a lower calorie alternative.
The only thing added to the mix is the pumpkin which makes it sweet and chewy. You can add chopped nuts, if desired, but adjust the calorie count.
Nutritional value based on 1/2 total pie.
Great for family get togethers or picnics.
I didn't have any ricotta, so substituted the Laughing Cow. Nutrition data will change if ricotta is used.
This recipe reduces the fat and cholesterol when making these muffins from the mix.
Substituting Boca Ground beef for traditional ground beef.
