Have left over pork roast? Do something with it! Cook in Crockpot until tender with 1 onion and carrots, once cooked add tomatoes and other ingredients, serve with tortillas, sour cream and cheese for a filling easy meal.
The way we've always made it. Usually add Mrs. Dash but I didn't have any.
Flavorful and brightly colored, uses cabbage in a way the whole family will eat it! I would love to have a version that contained less sodium, I generally buy the lower sodium kielbasa or smoked sausage.
