This recipe came from the back of the Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Penne Rigate box. My husband just made a few modifications. The box recipe calls for chicken not ground turkey, yellow pepper not green pepper, whole onion not half onion.
This is a lower sodium version of someone else's stew. It is so easy! I use 3/4 cup as a serving.
