Simple, low-cal stir fry
This mini pita pizza is great as a snack or light meal. I also love it for parties because they cook super quick, and you can make them with a variety of different toppings throughout the night!
If you wanted this for lunch instead of a snack, you might want to consider adding some grilled chicken to make it more filling. :) Even without the chicken it already has 15.4 g of protein!
