I used dried beans for this. You will have to soak them in water overnight in the fridge, then rapid boil them in fresh water for at least 10 min in order to get rid of the lectin from the kidney beans. If you do not do this you can get very sick.
I used Our compliments chili seasoning because it had less sodium then all the other brands.
Great for after work outs or as a breakfast replacement, very filling.
