Quick and much tastier than premade croutons
Nutritional info calculated with 1/4 cup of cheese per serving.
Great served with brown rice and broccoli/cauliflower mix! One of my family's favorites.
I toss a little salt in the dressing, but left it out for those on a low sodium diet. Good to make ahead, as it improves after sitting a few hours.
