yummy dip with veggies - low cal, low fat, low sodium - full of flavor. Good on baked potatoes as well.
This is quite dlelicious and can made with or without meat; the calories would change but it is delicious as is. I use half egg substitute and thrree whole eggas as it doesn't last very well (gets weepy) - I get six days' wort h and eat for whatever meal I need. For dinner, add a salad. For lunch, add piece of fruit, for breakfast, piece of toast.
Adapted from original recipe by swapping chopped apple and substituting blueberries.
