I use this recipe as a staple to many different kinds of meals. It is vegetarian but can easily be adapted to suit those of all eating habits. It is great as a weekend, power breakfast or as a side dish to any meal. And it only takes 15 minutes total!!!

Bean Medley-Crockpot

This bean medley was my attempt to make a homemade chilli with things I had around the house. It turned out to be quite delicious although I didn't get the "chilli" feel from it. My intention was to put it over a baked sweet potato but I ended up eating a cup of it with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top.
