Definitely not low-cal but all right in moderation!!

Healthier Poutine

Definitely not the healthiest version (compared to others I have seen on SP). But it's very close in taste to the real thing (without needed a side of heart surgeon afterwards!!) Good for a once-a-week lunch treat.

Sweet Chili Thai Sauce

Great for dipping spring rolls or pouring over a stir fry. A bit spicy - you can adjust the chili flakes to suit your own taste.

Dirt Cups

A fun dessert! Great for kids' parties.


Instead of butter, use this to top your baguette. In lieu of bread, I like to bake thick zucchini strips and top them with this.

Zucchini Lasagna

A great vegetarian option for lasagna (when you have too much zucchini to deal with like me!). The quinoa adds protein. You can make this vegan by swapping the cheese with soy cheese.

Hot Toddy

I only drink this during cold/flu season. It always clears the airway and makes breathing/sleeping a lot easier. I don't use this with my kids though!! Do not drive after drinking this.
