A base sauce. Add Cumin, oregano, chilli and black pepper to make a chilli, oregano, basil and black pepper to make a Bolognese style sauce, or eat as it is with sprinkled cheese.
A simple sauce, easy to make after a hard day. I tend to make this for myself and my husband so the portion sizing is 2/3 for him and 1/3 for me.
