Semolina Pudding (Halvah)

A gorgeous, grainy, soft melt in the mouth pudding usually made with lots of ghee, or clarified butter, but I use none at all and can say it tastes really delicious and less sickening than the real deal. Yet, it is still creamy, sweet and flavorful and really hits the spot.

Lamb and Asparagus Couscous

Just something you can make in advance and warm up in a jiffy, which tastes great and keeps you full.

Chocoholic's Crunch

This is something I have after a spicy meal to calm things down or when I feel like something incredibly chocolate and creamy - and also goes nicely with a cup of tea in the mornings.

Japanese Miso Soba Soup

Hearty Soup full of stir fry veg, prawns, japanese miso soup as the base and soba noodles.

Wholemeal Banana Cake

Soft, squidgy banana cake made with dermerera sugar, honey, yoghurt and wholemeal flour.
