Marti's Pasta Salad Lovers Satisfier

Most Pasta is not a good deal for Diabetics and Pasta Salad is one of my all time favorites. Dreamfields Pasta has only 5 grams digestible carb per serving 2 ounces and has a low glycemic index so it is great for Diabetics and those on low carb diets.

Simple Low carb Sloppy Joes

This is the way my mother always made Sloppy Joe's.
My cousin's kids thought it was the best ever, (after always having the kind made with can type or veggies or beans hidden (they knew) that they didn't like. Makes it low cal enough you can still have other things and be in the 300 cal range for a meal.

Cube Steak el Salsa

Nice variation for baked steak - Supper easy to make.
Add some Roasted Califlower, green peppers, and more onion as a side and have a good veggied filled beef dinner.
Large helping for your extra hungry days. (you can use smaller cube steaks and reduce the calories with more helping for 24 oz of meat)

A friend gave this to me after she brougt it to work and fooled everyone. They thought it was Apple Crisp. I made it and fooled the kids. Great way to get them to eat a veggie.

Tater Tot Greenbean Cassarole with Beef

Using beef and greenbeens to make a complete meal. Add a side salad and you are good to go for around 300 calaries or less. Suggestion ONLY Use Campbells Soup.
