I made this to avoid going to Starbucks for my pumpkin latte fix! I like to use ground coffee because I like the texture, but you can easily freeze coffee into icecubes for the recipe.
I use this as a breakfast replacement when I'm on the run. It's filling and energizing!
I made this to use my new favorite find - dark chocolate natural peanut butter! It's by PB&Co, and it's called "Dark Chocolate dreams." They also have white chocolate... both are recommended!
This is one of my favorite meals - the sausage gives a great flavor to the veggies!
This smoothie is very filling, and a good way to get 3 servings of fruits and veggies!

I don't eat much meat, and find it hard to get the protein I require to fuel my workouts. I like this shake because it fills you up, but it doesn't have any more calories than your average protein bar (and less than many smoothies!)
Don't fear the spinach - you cannot taste it!
