Shut up and eat your sodding lentils!

Lentils are inexpensive, filling, and chock full of complex carbs and a decent amount of protein for a veggie. I keep some of this in my slow cooker at all times to use as a base for other dishes. You can adjust the spices to suit just about any preference, but I love spicy foods. I got the idea for this as an inexpensive, healthy food from a TV series called "the young ones" which is what I named it after.

Curry Chicken Salad with extra salad!

This is just for the chicken salad mix, to add to whatever. It contains extra veggies and spiciness to add more flavor.

I have a big batch in my fridge for quick lunches.
