A filling vegetable soup!
A good 1-pot meal. Excellent with cornbread or mashed potatoes. Use your favorite sausage (6 to 8 oz) and spice however you like.
eat this over whole wheat spaghetti with (light) sour cream, grated cheese, diced avocado.
Makes one large or two medium size loaves of Challah. Check out the Chabad site for info on braiding challah.
