Healthy meal replacement smoothie
I make these Breakfast Burritos ahead of time, wrap individually in plastic wrap, and then freeze them for up to 3 months. When I know my morning will be busy and I need a quick on the go breakfast, I pull out a burrito to thaw in the fridge overnight and then remove the burrito from plastic wrap and put in a paper towel in the microwave for 30 - 60 seconds. Delicious with a little salsa too!

Try half of the ranch dressing spices for lower sodium per serving and switch it up with whole wheat pasta and any frozen veggie that you prefer.
