I make this before I go on my 2 mile walk and when I come back I have a 1/2 cup for the protein, you don't have to add raisins or brown sugar, you can add any kind of fruit that you would like.

Quick mix of chopped chicken, rice, broccoli and diced tomatoes, and I don't have a taste for brown rice, so I used long grain.
Baked macaroni and cheese tuna casserole I add different veggies to at different times, and my daughter loves it!
This is a beef recipe but I use ground turkey and it tastes just as good. I also added a can of black beans: drained and rinsed off, and because I added the beans I added an additional cup of vegetable juice.
