Adapted from America's Test Kitchen recipe. This is a great hearty, and tasty recipe, that is especially good with fresh sweet corn and potatoes from the farmers market.
Saw this being made with Farro on a cooking show. Could not find Farro and decided to use wheat berries instead. My wife who is not a big wheat berry fan did comment about the good flavor. Considering the majority of the alcohol has been cooked out of this, I do believe the calculated calorie count is higher than what it really is.
