This is the soup recipe that my husband makes with the "Cheezie" Sauce! It is AMAZING! My kids ask for it every time he asks, "What do you want for dinner?" This is a must try even if you're not vegan!
This recipe was found in a recipe book called, The Best of VEGGIES & Co by Mary Bernt.
My husband made the "Cheezie Veggie" soup recipe using this sauce and it is AMAZING (BOLDED UNDERLINED)! My kids love it and ask for it every time my husband asks, "What do you want for dinner?"
The nutritional info is for the 2 cup serving size which can be used as a base for a soup or a sauce...not likely a single serving!
