Nana's Chilled Veggie-Seafood Salad

An upscale, easy make-ahead egg-based seafood salad great for a summer lunch. High protein, low in carbohydrate, delicious with a dinner roll and a side of fresh fruit or glass of white wine or sangria. Best if prepared ahead, which gives the dill, peppers and scallions a chance to season the mild seafood and egg.

Ground Turkey - Veggie Stew

A hearty stew with a ground turkey base. Can use ANY fresh vegetable at hand. Uses lower carb vegetables.
