MAKEOVER of Kathirikkai Rasavangy

I tried aubergine rasavangy with chow chow (Chayote squash). This is from Dakshin by Chandra Padmanabhan. I do not own copyrights.

Ash gourd-Bottle gourd-Peas-Tofu pulao

I wanted to use up the ash gourd, yellow zucchini, peas, tofu and I was determined to give it a spicy aroma, something which I was unable to do the previous time.

Bell pepper- Peas - Tofu Pulao

I wanted to use up the cubed bell peppers and tofu.

Cabbage-Pumpkin-Capsicum pulao

I wanted to use up the cubed capsicum without it becoming too much spicy. This dish with pumpkin balanced it.

Gobi masala

This is modified from a recipe of rakskitchen.net. I do not own copyrights.

Cabbage-Potato pulao

I wanted to use up the purple cabbage and I had little bit of kohl rabi and diced potatoes with me; hence I made this pulao.

Cabbage vade

I wanted to make cabbage paratha (as per rakskitchen.net - I do not own copyrights) but the batter did not come up to rolling consistency. So, I gave them form and mother fried them.

I needed to finish off the poha and the dahi. I wanted to see how much yeast combined with dahi will make this mixture rise.

Fruit smoothie-Multigrain wheat pancakes

I needed to reduce the tartness of the plums in the smoothie to consume it and I bought Organic 24 letter multigrain atta today.
