Keto version of stuffed cabbage in a big stew pot. Very basic recipe. Each of us modified our own, some added cheese, some added hot sauce.
All the healthy stuff your body needs. Quick and easy if you use those pre-shredded coleslaw bags too. A little carrot won't hurt :)
Both mean rolled meat, one is German with a Brown Gravy, one was Itailian with a Red Gravy. My family combined the German inside with the Italian sauce.

Lower Carb, not necessarily Keto. My original recipe was called Tuscan Ministrong and had small white beans and no meat. Just swapped one protein for the other.

Keto updated from an old favorite, (which had had carrots, rice and peas added). If you aren't doing Keto, this was always a quick family favorite.
Found this on Slenderkitchen.com that is so versitile. If you doing keto, just add a side salad or extra veggie. If you want to pour this sauce over a potato, rice or pasta, that would work too.
This is a mix of a lower calorie and lower carb solution as we change our dietary needs. This can be served on a flour tortilla, chips or even over a lettuce leaf or salad. So that part of the recipe is left out for easier calorie counting.
This makes 4 personal size pizzas in the the counter top baker. Each one serves 2.

Old Favorite. Versatile can add one or 2 ingredients and totally change the culture of the dish.
May add 3 oz of chicken breast per serving as well (not in calorie count) Also can add frozen peas or spinach. Original recipe called for 12 oz of pasta with this amount of sauce, I want to make less pasta for a creamier sauce.
Keto Updated.
Oven Roasted or Grilled, serve warm or chilled. Makes a great lunch entree or a side salad for a dinner. Would be great for BBQ, Party, Picnic or any time.
