I found this recipe on Food Network's website. When I tried it I fell in love with it. The only change I made was using 4 tablespoons of butter instead of 2tbsp butter and 2 tbsp shortening.

In resealable container mix 1 cup mayo, 1 cup milk and 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix. Mix according to directions on package. Chill 30 mins. prior to use. Seal and refrigerate remainder.
