As a note: You can substitute any brand of ingredient with another brand. These are just what I used when making my burritos. You can also add other kinds of veggies to the mix as well (more onion, peppers, spinach, etc). It really all just depends on personal tastes.

She recommends 6 servings but that's just too many calories (over 700). So instead, I made it 12 servings. Instead of two halves of the muffin, you'd only eat one. Not sure if this would fill someone up or not. It still sounds really tasty and I'm sure you could substitute some healthier options (like turkey bacon or turkey sausage, low fat mayo, etc).

Wanted to put it in the calculator just in case I ever decided to make it.
Not the most healthy of items but we have to indulge every once in a while! This is a very rich item and high in calories. So you have been warned!
