You can always change the mix! Ground turkey, chicken or beef insted of pork. You can experiment with veggies! Same with cous cous. You can try different flavors or plain for less sodium. Skip the cheese if wanting to cut out some calories/fat etc. You can even use YOUR favorite pasta sauce. I try to find the one with the least amount of sodium, you can always add capful of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb for tons of flavor. Play with it! Have fun! Enjoy!
