One-Dish Chicken and Rice

Prepare the casserole one day ahead, cover loosely and refrigerate until ready to bak. Let stand at room temperature while ovenheats, then bake for 30 minutes

Use a store bought roasted chicken to saving some cooking time.

We buy a roasted chicken and cut it up. It adds a little extra flavor and is a good time saver.

For an authentic Mexican flavor, garnish with finely chopped fresh cilantro.

You can prepare this recipe for baking up to 8 hours ahead; refrigerate. Or freeze the stuffed sheels then thaw before baking. For a smoother filing, add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese during step 2.

Spinach & Pork Crock Pot Lasgna

You'll need an oval 5 1/2 quart crock port. Add red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit and top with parmesan cheese if desired.

Add garlic bread and a salad and you're good to go!
