Pesto for chicken or pasta
Most store-bought protein bars are basically just candy bars with protein in them. The majority are loaded with chemicals and sugar which are NOT conducive to a lean, healthy body. Instead of ingesting these harmful ingredients, try making your own bars at home where YOU have control over the ingredients that go into them! Give my all-natural, clean-eating protein bars a try!
I most often use 0% vanilla Chobani, but have also tried mango and strawberry banana flavored yogurt with fantastically delicious results as well. For lower-calorie pancakes, use nonfat yogurt and an egg white instead of the whole egg. Equally delicious and easy to prepare.
