Better for you bugers

These homemade burgers are juicy & better for you. A 1/2 cup of the beef mixture is approximately 4 oz. This makes 12 burgers & I freeze them between pieces of parchment or waxed paper so I can take out only as many as I need. They hold together well for grilling.

Salmon corn chowder

A quick & hearty soup that is good for lunch or dinner, served with fresh bread or rolls. Note: using low sodium salmon, corn & soup will lower the sodium count. Recipe is calculated using regular canned goods.
