squished squash YUMO! I had a windfall of several squash near the end of there lives so I baked them, pureed them w/ milk & butter & separated & freeze them.
This is my moms recipe I just cut the mayo and used red potatoes w/ the jackets on and it is still superb and makes 20 amazing 1/2 cup servings.
I make my w/ extra garlic. It makes 12 1 cup hearty totally filling servings.
I combined 2 really great low cal recipies and the results were awesome!
