Great for any picnic!
Brown the sausage in a large soup pot over medium high heat, remove. Add vegetables and brown those as well, for about 10 minutes. Add sausage back in as well as broth, wine, parmesan,sauce and beans. Stir. Simmer for at least an hour when the vegetables are very tender. Keep warm until serving. Add some cooked pasta if desired after the soup is cooked. This makes it easier for portion control and the noodles won't swell or get mushy.
