It was a long day and I needed coffee but I didn't want a hot drink and I didn't need the sugar from a Frap so I made my own version at home. I used FROZEN BLACK CHERRIES for this...no additional sweetener, plain frozen cherries and I used 2 shots of espresso rather than brewed coffee. Add the Crushed Ice to the blender last to get it the consistency you'd like.
A great Vitamin A and C booster and not overly sweet!
Don't be afraid of the green juices. I, myself am a bit of a wimp so I add one green apple to balance out the bitter kale. It's delish, though. Try it!
It seems like an odd choice, juicing Zucchini but it's a nice compliment to the green apple and the zesty ginger.
Get a hit of Vitamin C with this earthy sweet potato combo!
